The hotel security impressed me alongside the attentive service, although the hallway noise was noticeable. The rooms were dark at all hours, which could be challenging for light sleepers.

The hotel provides spacious accommodations that are comfortable.
My experience at Hotel Pabela was marred by significant issues. The room environment was unsettling due to an unbearable odor, making it impossible to stay there. Additionally, the lack of basic amenities like hangers and an iron only compounded the frustrations. The TV was so small that watching it felt like a joke, and there was barely any natural light coming through the oddly placed windows.

The hotel had very attentive staff who ensured that the reception was always staffed, allowing for easy check-in and check-out without hassle.
The corridors were quite echoing, and every door closing generated a loud bang, which could be disturbing during the night.

Delicious breakfast and cozy vibes!
We enjoyed a comfy stay with a big room. The breakfast was super tasty, and it was such a nice vibe to start the day. Staff were friendly, though a bit slow with the service, which was kinda frustrating. Also, the bar area was a cool spot to chill after a long day exploring Ocotlan.

missingWrote a review on May 01delicious organic productscomfortable bedslow serviceoutside noiselimited dining options
The breakfast featured delicious homemade organic products, providing a great start to the day. However, the slow service in the dining area was notable and sometimes frustrating. The bed in the Large Double Room offered a comfortable night's sleep, but it lacked sound insulation, allowing some outside noise in. Additionally, the location was somewhat limited in dining options close by, making it necessary to venture out for a meal.

The bed and room were clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax during my 12-night stay. The always-attentive reception team ensured smooth entries and exits. I appreciated that the noise from outside did not reach my room, giving me a restful sleep each night.
Breakfast service was notably slow at times.
